Free workshops designed to guide participants in learning basic sewing and mending skills. Extend the life of your clothes and household textiles and keep them out of the landfills! This is a volunteer-led collaboration between Fibershed Heartland, Textile Arts Center of Madison, and The Sewing Machine Project. Workshops are free but registration is required through the Textile Arts Center site.
